That is right. We have planned a day at the beach for Saturday, August 25th, from 11:00am-4:00pm. For those of you wanting to carpool from Columbia, we will meet at the Columbia Stake Center building (4440 Ft. Jackson Blvd., Columbia, SC) at 8:30am in order to leave by 9:00am. The plan is to arrive at Isle of Palms at 11:00am - meeting at 1-14th Ave., Isle of Palms, SC. There is parking and such at that location and then we can walk down a bit to a not so crowded section of the beach. Our friends from the Charleston area are especially invited, and all are welcome. Please bring a bag lunch, beach toys, and sunscreen. Spread the word and hope to see you there!
PS... we are praying for a sunny day, however, a plan B is in the works in case we experience a rain delay.
